This survey is being conducted for the Virginia HIV Community Planning Committee for the Virginia Department of Health’s Division of HIV, STD, and Pharmacy Services.
Community planning involves HIV-affected communities and populations in decision-making about HIV prevention programming and funding. The Virginia HIV Community Planning Committee (HCPC) is composed of education and service providers, clients, state agency representatives, and private citizens who work cooperatively to develop a comprehensive HIV prevention plan for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
